The following information should be provided so that we can identify the applicant regarding your application and make the necessary research within our institution according to the nature of your request. In addition, your information below is requested in order to get more detailed information about your application, to inform you about our review processes and to convey the results of your application to you. The Personal Data Protection Board’s Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Officer dated 10.03.2018, art. According to 4/2, applications must be made in Turkish; otherwise, the application is deemed to have never been made.

You can bring your requests within the scope of your rights in writing to our Company operating at Akçaburgaz Mahallesi 3036 sk.NO:5 Esenyurt / Istanbul, along with a document that will provide identity confirmation, along with a wet signed application form by hand or send it via notary. “Personal Data Protection Law Information Request” will be written on the envelope as a matter to be considered when delivering the envelope by hand. In addition to this, as regards the issue of sending by registered electronic mail, as a matter to be considered, “Personal Data Protection Law Information Request” will be written in the subject part of the e-mail. (REM) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or in case you submit it to our Company beforehand, our company will finalize your application as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, based on Article 13 of Law No. 6698, and our responses are will be delivered to you from the environment.

In the event that the information regarding your requests submitted within the scope of the form is not accurate and up-to-date or an unauthorized application is made, our Company does not accept any liability for requests arising from such false information or unauthorized application.
